The following letter was received at a local post office after the May 14th Mail Carrier’s Food Drive, which was presented to Interfaith. A copy of the letter is presently framed in our Warehouse. (the below was written "as is" from child's letter).
Dear letter carriers of the food drive,
I’m glad I could help. my brothers and sisters help me. Here’s what they got to say.
My brother Josh: he’s happy to help. he likes to help out a lot.
My sister Heaven: She likes helping people. She glad she could help.
My brother Toni: He loves to help. people need things.
Myself Zakiya: I love to help people. Did you know that the macaroni I bought can serve three people a box? There are ten boxes so 10 x 3 = 30 people could survive off it. I like helping. write me back on Monday. Scencerly your loving friend Zakiya.
