GIVE4MARION
Sometimes the need is simple. Sometimes it’s just one small hurdle that our clients are struggling with.
-
What if you could help supply someone’s work boots so they can find new employment?
-
What if you could ease the suffering of a child that isn’t getting enough food over the weekends when they’re not in school?
-
What if you could help provide life-saving prescriptions for an elderly couple on a fixed income?
The answer is simple – yes, you can!
On September 17 - 18, Ocala/Marion County is taking part in GIVE4MARION. It’s an opportunity to unite our community around causes in which we truly believe and support.
Your donation can change someone's life.
A donation of just $10 can supply essential hygiene supplies like soap and deodorant to someone heading to a job interview. Sponsoring a backpack with Food 4 Kids for a hungry child for one month - $25. A chance at a new job with work boots - $50. And the list goes on. Click on the link below (it goes live September 10th for early donations) to donate now. One simple thing can mean the world to someone in need.
The link above takes you to a website called Give 4 Marion (sponsored by the Marion County Community Foundation, provided by Givegab). You’ll find a complete list of services we provide as well as simple check boxes that allow you to donate to the direct need you want to support. The giving day is just, so please mark your calendars and get ready to give to your favorite cause! Dates/Times: Sept 17 at 10am through Sept 18 at 7pm
OTHER WAYS YOU CAN HELP:
Help spread the word. If you love Interfaith, please tell your friends and neighbors about the important work we do and ask them to join us in helping to make a difference. You can do that by text, email, phone or social media. Simply use this link and share it:
Join us in prayer. Our goal this year is to introduce new people to Interfaith that are not familiar with what we do in the community. Pray that God blesses our efforts!
Thank you in advance for your support! If you have any questions or would like more information, email Sonya or call 352-644-9202.
Together, we can make a difference in the lives of others!
