Interfaith Emergency Services will be honoring men and women who have made a significant impact on our community at the annual Legacies of Love event in February of 2026.  We are currently taking nominations for individuals to be considered for this special recognition.  Honorees must be Marion County Residents who have left a legacy of philanthropy by giving of their resources, time and/or talents.  Nominations will be accepted in writing by email to Karla@iesmarion.org.  The nomination must include the individual's name, contact information and a narrative of the impact the individual has made in Marion County.  Interfaith will accept nominations through August 31st and announce the honorees in October.   A luncheon will be hosted in their honor in February of 2026.   The Honor Roll of this prestigious award includes: Kevin McDonald, Lynette Vermillion, Cory Pool, Dr. Michael Jordan, George Albright Jr, Ron & Phyllis Ewers, Toni James, Jim Kirk, Dr. Hank Harrell Jr, Frank & Naida Rasbury, Beth McCall, Gail Cross, Frank DeLuca, Mary Britt, Dr. Norm Anderson, Jeffery & Clover Lovell, Whit Palmer, Carlyle Ausley, Toro Townley, Doug Oswald, Nick Nikkinen, Wayne McDonald, Wes Wheeler, & Monica Bryant. 

 

Proceeds are used to further the mission of Interfaith to provide emergency assistance without judgment to Marion County residents lacking basic human needs.
